KEVIN DUGUID, President/Managing Broker
Kevin Duguid is the driving force behind the success of 604 Real Estate Services. He has a passion for real estate and a strong determination to raise the bar in quality leadership and management of multi-unit dwellings.
Born and raised in Winnipeg, Kevin learned early on the value of teamwork and community involvement. Growing up in a family of five boys, he also learned that to have a competitive edge, you need to excel in your chosen field, show leadership and forge strong connections.
Whether it’s a start-up operation or a complex council issue, Kevin’s leadership is direct, firm and reliable. He faces issues head-on and finds solutions to the most complex challenges while always keeping the big picture in mind. And his clients come first – not the bottom line.
